Hey there, awesome shopper! At Llama Me Baby, we want your shopping experience to be as delightful as a sunny day. We totally get that sometimes things might not go as planned, so here's the scoop on our refund and exchange policy in a language even llamas would understand!

  1. You're Covered, Period: All our products are 30 days refundable and exchangeable. Yep, you heard that right! Whether it's a fluffy llama onesie or a quirky llama mug, we've got your back.
  2. Packages, Galore: Oh, and guess what? If your order arrives in separate packages, no worries! Each package is just as refundable and exchangeable as the next.
  3. Return Shipping Label Magic: Need to send something back? We've got a handy-dandy return shipping label for you. It's like a llama express that makes sure your stuff gets back to us safely. This label's your ticket to hassle-free returns. It costs $7.99, and we're just passing on what it costs us.
  4. A Whisker of Time: You've got a solid 30 days from the day you receive your llama treasures to decide if they're the ones for you. If not, no worries, you can ask for a refund or exchange.
  5. How the Refund Magic Happens: Once we get your return, we'll give your goodies a quick check to make sure they're in tip-top shape. Then, we'll work our refund magic. It might take a short while, usually 7 days, for the refund to show up in your wallet.

Here’s how you can do the exchange or refund:

step 1 Sign into your Llama me baby account.

step 2 Find the order in My Orders , click the "Return Item" button.

step 3 Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, then submit.

step 4 Select the return method and refund method, then please pack the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging.

step 5 Please choose your own logistics company at your cost and mail the package.

  1. Switcheroo, Anyone? If you're feeling like changing things up, you can totally exchange an item. Just let us know what you're hankering for, and we'll do our best to make it happen.
  2. How do I find the return label I generated?

Find the returned order in "My Orders" → Click "Order Details" → Click "Return & Refund Record" in the top right corner → Click "Details" to view.

  1. Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
  2. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
  3. Items marked as non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned. (This depends on the status of the item at the time of payment).

Important Notice:

  1. Free standard 8-20 days shipping and processing time

  2. Free 30-day return and exchange unworn, undamaged

  3. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect processing your return.
  4. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-Llama me baby products.

How will I get my refund？

Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment account, as per your request.

Note: The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.

NOTE: If there is an issue with your return, please contact Customer Support within 90 days from the date your order was placed.
